Reservations & Cancellation Policy
We are closed all major holidays for drop-off or pick -up.
All of our furry guest need to be, free of fleas and communicable disease and have proof of:
- Rabies and Rabies Certification
- Distemper/Parvo Virus
- Bordetella Vaccine (nasal preferred) 10 days in advance of visit
- Pups who wish to participate in Open play need to be spayed or neutered, we also offer private play sessions, please inquire
Cat Boarding our Cat Corral:
While your cat is staying with us, they will receive plenty of care. Our cat boarding accommodations are located upstairs separate from the dog boarding areas in our new Cattery space dedicated to the needs and comfort of cats.
For the safety of your cat we require that all felines arrive and leave our facility in a secure cat carrier. And for the health of all boarders, all kitties need to be up to date on vaccines, as well as proof of vaccinations.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Please use our online reservation system to set your dates as early as possible. A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of your reservation, the full balance is due the day of the pets arrival. If there is a change to your reservation your deposit will be provided back as a credit, there will be no refunds provided. We accept all major credit cards and require a active credit care on file at all times.
Belongings from home:
We are happy to accept your pets favorite toy in their accommodations, a tee-shirt with your scent can be comforting while away from you. We also provide quality stainless feeding bowls and also offer luxury bedding as part of our accommodation options for your consideration.
Treats & food from home:
We are happy to offer your pup treats that you bring from home and can accommodate a feeding schedule, however we do not accept any rawhide treats.
Pick Up Policy:
We off pick up daily until 12 pm- guests that are picked up after 12 will be considered 1/2 day -day care and include a $20 day care fee.
