Welcome to Ruffin It Ranch. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.ruffinitranch.com (the "Site") and the pet care services we provide, including but not limited to boarding, daycare, grooming, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Site or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site, make reservations, or request Services. By using our Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

All reservation requests, service agreements, and related transactions must be made by an adult who is 18 years of age or older. Ruffin It Ranch reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations if we determine that the requesting party does not meet this age requirement.

By requesting Services for a pet, you represent that you are the legal owner of the pet or have been authorized by the owner to arrange care on their behalf. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made regarding the pet's care.

Reservation requests may be submitted through our Site, by phone, or by email. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. All reservations are subject to confirmation by Ruffin It Ranch.

A deposit is required to hold all reservations. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and processed by Ruffin It Ranch.

Deposit amounts and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on:

• Type of service (boarding, daycare, grooming, etc.)
• Duration of stay
• Peak seasons or holiday periods
• Special service requests

Deposits may be paid via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

• No-shows: Full deposit is forfeited.

Reservations during holiday periods or peak seasons may be subject to extended cancellation notice requirements and/or non-refundable deposits. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Ruffin It Ranch reserves the right to issue refunds as credit toward future services at our discretion.

You acknowledge that pet care services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Injury from interaction with other animals
• Stress or anxiety from being in a new environment
• Exposure to illness despite preventive measures
• Accidental injury during play, grooming, or handling
• Escape or loss, despite reasonable precautions

By using our Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your pet's participation in boarding, daycare, grooming, socialization, and related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruffin It Ranch, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to your pet or property arising from your use of our Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruffin It Ranch from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your pet's behavior or your breach of these Terms.

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Ruffin It Ranch to seek veterinary care for your pet. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your designated emergency contact before obtaining treatment. However, if we are unable to reach you in a timely manner, we may proceed with necessary care at our discretion.

You agree to reimburse Ruffin It Ranch for all veterinary expenses, transportation costs, and related fees incurred in providing emergency care for your pet.

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified. Cash payments may be accepted at our discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment for Services is due at the time of service or upon check-out. For extended boarding stays, payment arrangements may be made in advance.

Pets not picked up by the scheduled pick-up time may incur additional daycare or boarding charges. Specific late fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

A fee may be assessed for any returned check or declined payment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and collection action.

All content on our Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ruffin It Ranch or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.

We may photograph or video pets during their stay for internal use, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. By using our Services, you grant Ruffin It Ranch permission to use images or videos of your pet without additional compensation or approval.

If you do not wish for your pet to be photographed or featured in promotional materials, please notify us in writing prior to service.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site's functionality
• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
